Project Overview

With a vision to expand the business from hospitals to local clinics, the team embarked on the journey of developing a EHR system for local clinics built on the the design and infrastructure of our current EHR product for hospitals.

I conducted extensive secondary research and user interviews, which successfully helped the team define the MVP scope and shed the light on ways to enhance the scalability of the current EHR to meet clinic needs. I also led the design of two modules — Encounter and Configuration—within tight schedule and drove alignment through close collaboration with cross-functional team and rapid prototyping.

Despite the promising progress and recognition of the project's achievements, the organization's goals shifted and the project was put on hold in May 2023.
